Client Portal Privacy

This notice explains the use of personal data in the Fylvo Digital client portal. It supplements our full Privacy Policy, which covers providers, international transfers, retention and your rights.

For invited accounts, we process login and contact details, organisation membership, project requests, messages, assignments, timestamps and billing status. The purpose is to organise agreed work, communicate with you and protect access. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to your contract; Article 6(1)(f) applies to communication with business contacts and secure administration. Statutory recordkeeping is based on Article 6(1)(c).

When attachments are enabled and you upload a file, we process its contents and file details as part of the project. Files are held in the portal’s private storage and made available through authorised downloads, not public media links. Authorised members of your client organisation can see its shared requests and files; staff access follows roles and project assignments. The portal shows billing information but does not store full card numbers or independently charge you.

Necessary login and form-security cookies support access. The form-security cookie expires after 30 minutes. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Portal information is not used for advertising.

Closing an account does not automatically erase shared project, message, file or billing records. We review them against contractual needs, legal retention duties and applicable limitation periods, as described in the full policy. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or to object where applicable.
